Changing your mind for good
Getting out of your self created mental ‘box’. Making maximum contribution – get proactive; identify your circle of influence and act on it. Chose to see differently.
The logical levels – a brilliantly effective model for solution focus.
Beliefs and values – what’s driving you? What you actually do is what you believe. Decide what you want to believe and live by – then set it up.
Reframing negative experiences. Assign new meanings that leave your self worth in tact.
Use your uncomfortable emotions as a message to change your thoughts. Dismantle your “dragon states” (e.g. fear, self attack,
the victim etc.) and build the empowering states you want.
Renewal and balance; the golden egg principle. How will you ensure energy flows back to you.
Bring it all together and see, hear and feel the future you. What wisdom and insight will this ‘you’ be using? What values and beliefs will this ‘you’ be living? What have you left behind?
You get in the way of your own best interests then you allow limiting beliefs, fear, and old thinking patterns to run the show.
In this module you will gain powerful tools for changing your thoughts, what you think about, the way you think about your past and what’s going to happen in your future.
When you practice positive self awareness you ‘see’ differently. Open, curious perception, coupled with outcome thinking - followed by action - is bound to positively change your results.
