Through one to one NLP coaching we can transform the thinking behind conflict. The most important question is "what do I want here?" Having determined what outcome you want, thinking and strategies can be put in place. Ultimately we can't make another person do what we want. We can, however, "walk with them in their model of the world" for long enough to influence them. We can learn decide to understand their position as fully as we can and remove our personal anger or sense of injustice from it. Too many people "want to be right" at almost any cost.
